but have not had the time to upload pix. It has been a VERY VERY busy past few days. It has been fun running around for CHA. Daisy and I are excited for what this year is brining us! :)  And I can finally see over the Cuttlebug Folder boxes.  But guess what, another shipment should be here either tomorrow or Monday.  AAAACK!

Splitcoaststampers.com has been a place that I practically live. I was lucky enough to find it in 2004 within months of becoming a Stampin’ Up Demo.  I have made so many friends from this community that I can’t tell you how much this site means to me.  It means so much to me that I’m willing to spend a few hours a day as a Gallery Moderator.

When we saw the new Stampendous Changito stamps, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on them. This Changito Love Balloon was one of my favorites. Its just so cute and so fun! I picked out this patterned Paper by My Mind’s Eye in their Out and About No. 1 Collection. I then grabbed the Copic Markers that I thought would best match it.

My favorite embellishment right now is are the Dot Sparklers from Stampendous. So much bling for such a small price. I’m totally addicted to them right now. I used the pink ones for this card. I also thought it would be fun to add some bling to the girl monkey. LOL!

The greeting is called Love Goes Around by Stampendous. It says, “Love Makes the World Go Round”. I used the PEARLustre embossing powder. I’m photography challenged…. so its hard to see the color in this picture.

It was fun to actually stamp for a change. Till next time……………

I haven’t played in a challenge in forever. It was fun to be able to play again! I’ve been able to stamp 3 times this week and it has felt so good. I always love Roxie’s challenges. This is Challenge SC146.

I couldn’t resist using My Friend Ronnie stamps. I was in the mood to color. I whipped out some “fun” My Mind’s Eye Paper and then I grabbed the Copic Markers to somewhat match the paper!

What a great weekend. Totally flew by, but fun non-the-less. Saturday, we got up at the crack of dawn to have a rubber garage sale at Jami’s house. Sales were ok, but the company was the best part! Who wouldn’t enjoy a day with Jami, Taylor, Daisy, Emily, Jen and Leann?! We ended the day with a yummy lunch that consisted of BBQ Beef sandwiches, potato salad, baked beans and french fries! Yum yum! I was so out of it that I didn’t take any pix! I did bring my camera, though. A lot of good that did me, huh?

Sunday was spent getting things ready for our trip to CHA this weekend.

Monday was BLAST! Linda Duke, one of our first eP friends, was “in town”. So, Daisy, Val, and I met up with her for lunch. It’s funny how you may have never met in person, but can manage talking about anything and everything for hours without a pause. Linda is just one of the sweetest people. She’s beautiful and just so classy. Below is a picture of us.
