My dear friend Jami tagged me! I was told to go to my digital photo files and pick out the 6th photo in the 6th folder. This “task” would definitely vary as to which computer I am on….. I am currently on my MAC and my 6th Folder is named “2006 - MKE”. How appropriate for this blogpost since it was with fellow SCSers. This was the 6th picture: Pine holding Sophia (Bethie’s baby who was passed around like a sweet doll). Hi Lana and Robin!

This trip was one of the best trips ever!!!!! I was fortunate enough to travel to Milwaukee for the Stampin’ Up Regionals, even though a few of us never actually made it to the regionals. Travel was insane, since there were so many storms throughout the country. And don’t ask 2 California girls to travel to -14 degree weather. LOL! But, it was a ll worth it! I would not change this experience for anything!
Here are some fun pix from the trip:
Look how much Prinny got to eat. Bet that Chicken Marsala was good!

I just love getting together with the girls from Stamp Night. We had some new girls, so I thought I would stick with a simpler, elegant card. I just love this set called Whispy Blooms from Our Craft Lounge. The Copics actually match the paper pretty closely, but I couldn’t capture it in the picture. I would take a better picture in the “daylight”….. but I have two issue.
- In “sunny”California, it is very very cloudy! :( I think it might rain later.
- If I wait to take a picture later, I’ll never get that picture taken. And when I do, it will take me forever actually download and get a blog post ready. LOL!
Anyway, I whipped out the Birds and Swirls cuttlebug folder on Cryogen White cardstock. That gets a new stamper EVERY time! :) Easy, pretty embossing on such pretty shiney paper! And they got to color, too!
Hopefully there is sun tomorrow so that I can take pictures of the other projects we created!
Till next time……

First off….. when I said that I wanted to start blogging more often, I guess I didn’t really think about the whole “stamping more often” part! LOL! I guess you gotta have something to blog about. Then, to top it all off, I lost the charger to my camera. ARGH! So, I’m using my older camera that just has the hardest time focusing…..
This is a card that we made from my last stamp night. Have I told you lately how much I loooooooooooove Imaginisce? They come up with the cutest lines. This line (Twitterpated) is no exception. The images are SOOOOOOO cute and the paper us unbelieveable. It has a glossy finish on some spots of the paper. I couldn’t capture it on camera, but you can kind of see it on the tree. I also love how the papers coordinate. The top part is one side of the paper and bottom part is the other side of the paper. The ric-rac is something I purchased from StarLitStudio.
I’m working on stuff for my next stamp night on Monday. Hopefully I’ll remember to take pictures so that I can share them!
till next time…..
