Box in a Bag

Box in a bag

It is good to be home….. CHA was a blast and it was awesome to see so many friends and adorable new products. But, nothing beats being home with your husband and sleeping in your own bed…. although I had a great bed-mate at CHA! 🙂 The only part about being home that I didn’t miss was having to go back to work! BLECK!

Then, on Wednesday night, I had stamp night. Oh my! What was I going to make? My brain was barely functioning when I got back Monday night…. and I just wanted to watch TV and spend time with my husband on Tuesday night. But, I knew I had to suck it up and get to work. We normally make 4 projects. One of the projects is normally a box or 3D item. A light-bulb went on in my head. I can make those cool Box in a Bag by Diana Gibbs.

I know you may think “Isn’t she tired of that paper from Imaginisce?” As you can see, I am not tired of it yet! LOL! And the girls from Stamp Night still love it. I guess living in SoCal, you can’t help but love the Beach-themed papers and stamps. AND it helps that these penguins are so cute! 🙂

The popsicle stamp I used for the tag is also from the Imaginisce line “A Shore Thing“. I then covered it with Ranger’s Glossy Accents to give it a “wet” look. I loooooove that product. It gives it a 3D effect and such a pretty gloss. You can click on the image for a larger view. Popsicle Close-up

Once I get caught up, I’m hoping I’ll be able to stamp again soon! 🙂

Till next time…….
