When I saw the Halloween Stampsfrom Stampendous at CHA, I instantly fell in love with these Boots. They had enlarged the image and had it all glitter-fied. I knew that I HAD TO have that stamp. And I had to glitter-fy it, too. I knew my Stamp Club would enjoy this project. They love the bling as much as I do! LOL!
We colored the Boot Trio with the Copic Markers. We then added some green stickles on the right boot and goldenrod stickles for the buckle on the left boot. We used the black glaze pen for the buttons on the middle boot and then added some fun flockfor the fuzzy top part of the boot. We also used white brads and colored them with the copic markers and added some stickles for the bling. These pillow boxes (which we will have in the store soon) were filled with Halloween colored M&M’s. We added some large ric rac that I got from Cindy (StarlitStudio).
Also, please go check out my dear friend Pam Hooten’s (Piris) blog. She’s got a her Clip It Up displayed AND she’s giving away Blog Blooms. I just love her work….. AND she’s a wonderful person!
Till next time……

Last Monday was Stamp Club. I always get so nervous before club. I believe everyone in club, with the exception of 2 people, have been stamping longer than I have. My ladies are amazing and are always so sweet and so much fun. I’m so lucky to be able to get together with them every month. Even though I get nervous, I look forward to it!
This month was no exception. What could we make that they would like? And I was sick…. so it made it a little tougher to think. We got some new products at eP, so I thought that they may want to try it! I love the Band Aid tins from ProvoCraft. They are just so stinkin’ cute. So, that was my starting point. I knew I wanted to use the new Glimmer Mist, but what colors should I choose? I started by picking some background paper. In this case, I used Chatterbox paper. So, I used Key Lime Pie Mist and Vintage Pink. It is so hard to capture the true beauty of this mist. But, for the Key Lime Pie, I had just punched a circle out of white cardstock and spritzed the glitter mist. It has a shimmer, but the key thing is that the liquid is also tinted. So, that green circle was just a simple white cardstock.
We used the Cuttlebug 2 step flower scribble for the flower. The base of the flower was Pretty In Pink cardstock and the top of the flower was Light Weight Chipboard spritzed with the Vintage Pink Glimmer Mist. We then took a pop up glue dot and rubbed it in some Lemonade Yellow Fun Flock. Thanks for the idea Daisy! We pierced the scallops and used the White Souffle Pen to accent it.
And you know my favorite final touch…… CindyRibbon!
Thanks for looking.

Last weekend, a dear friend hosted a Virtual Stamp Weekend. One of the challenges was using Pink and Brown. I have so many girly images from Rubber Romance. I thought it would be easy to find one of the them to use for the challenge.
I was also excited to play with my copic markers. I’m still getting use to coloring with them. It’s amazing to me how many styles are out there to color. I’m still trying to figure out what works best for me!
It was fun getting to actually stamp. Time to stamp has been limited lately, so it was fun to take a little break to do something I love!
Have a great day!
